Trading futures, options, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

METRIX makes no representations or warranties that use of the platform will improve trading performance, reduce losses, or generate profits. Trading outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

METRIX is not a broker, dealer, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide custody services. Broker connections via SnapTrade are read-only; METRIX cannot place trades on your behalf.

While we strive for accuracy, METRIX may display delayed, incomplete, or incorrect data from broker integrations or market data sources. Always verify figures with your broker's official statements.

METRIX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm (“prop firm”), including any firm named in the Ledger feature, its rule library, or on the METRIX website. All firm names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the rules a user chooses to track.

Ledger’s rule values are a convenience prefill and may be out of date. Your firm’s own dashboard and published rules are the only authoritative source. METRIX cannot see, change, or submit anything to your firm account, and is not responsible for any firm’s evaluation, breach, or payout decisions.

Risk Disclosure
